Seven-year-old Nora lived in St. Louis with her mom, dad, and big sister, Reese. She also had two very special furry family members in her home. Buddy Kat is an old & crabby family cat who secretly loves affection from his sisters. And, Kramer is their sweet and energetic 10-year-old Golden Doodle. Nora loved her big brother, Jack, who is 24 and lives in Kentucky.
Nora cared deeply for the world around her. Her best days were spent with family and friends. She loved all animals but ESPECIALLY cats. She was driven by her spirituality and faith in God. Nora never met a stranger and her genuine and outgoing personality allowed her to make friends easily. She also had quite the competitive streak. She prided herself on being strong, healthy and loved a good competition - whether a board game or wrestling her dad and sister!
Nora wanted to share her experiences with oncology treatment. Her goal was to comfort other kids through education. She hoped telling her real life experiences through a sweet, gentle unicorn named “Heart Lover” will make treatment easier for others doing hard and brave things in the hospital setting.
Nora Bunn passed away on March 6, 2025.
